I'm Carrie! An elopement photographer for couples who want a wedding day that feels more like an experience than an event. I'm here for the couples who want to actually spend their day TOGETHER, sharing meaningful moments and creating memories. Couples who are crazy in love with each other and the world around them. Couples who believe in living life to the fullest, who thrive off of adventure and experiencing new places, and who want to have a wedding day that reflects that.

I take a really personal approach to my photography - prioritizing getting to know you, making you comfortable, and creating space for you to be yourselves - in order to give you photos that truly feel like YOU. I do my absolute best work when I'm able to establish a genuine connection and trust with my couples. I want it to feel less like a stiff, professional transaction and more like you're hanging out with a friend!

Throughout the planning process, I'm here to help you as much as you need, whether that's with location advice, permit assistance, vendor recommendations, or just brainstorming with you about fun things to do or little details to include that will really help make your experience unique to you. Once your date arrives, I want you to be fully present and soak in every moment!

I'll give you some guidance on what to do in photos, but for the most part, I like to focus on storytelling - documenting your day as it unfolds naturally, capturing not only the big moments but also the in-betweens and the little details. I prioritize real moments and genuine emotion over perfect poses. Your photos will be a reflection of your love and the experience you intentionally crafted to celebrate it!

That's who I am as a photographer. Here's a little more about me as a human (I hope you like both): I'm an enneagram 3 / Capricorn / introvert who likes true crime podcasts, hiking, pop-punk music, breakfast burritos, and planning the perfect trip itinerary. I have a dry, sarcastic sense of humor and two cats that I consider children. My personal style mostly involves oversized sweaters, chunky shoes, and minimal effort. When I'm not traveling, I enjoy a really simple daily life of going to the gym, working from home, reading by the pool, and winding down in the evening with dinner and whatever reality tv show I'm currently binging.
