We've reimagined weddings, blending relaxed luxury with high-end paddock to plate dining, our newly revamped restaurant is the ultimate destination for couples planning a non-traditional wedding. With culinary experience from seasoned hospitality professionals who have worked across a range of iconic restaurants, including – Rick Shores, Icebergs Dining Room, Taverna, Raes on Wategos and Rockpool Sydney, our wedding menus are designed to showcase our fresh, organic farm produce and all dishes should be feasted and enjoyed together. Our hero dishes – the pizza fritta with macadamia nut butter and Byron Bay stracciatella with confit heirloom tomatoes and crispy OX oil, are true standouts, perfectly complimented by our curation of sustainable wines.
